We are hosting a Side Plank Challenge for the entire month of February. Every class for the month of Feb. will have a version of a side plank. MVMT wants to be by your side for this 28 day challenge to help you gain strength in your mind, body, and spirit.
Pilates and Pals is all about moving better together. Grab your boyfriend, girlfriend, bestie, or favorite workout buddy and join us for a fun, feel-good Pilates class using the reformer, mat, and a variety of Pilates equipment. Expect full-body strength, core work, and mobility—mixed with lots of laughter, encouragement, and partner-powered motivation. This class is supportive, playful, and welcoming for all levels, making it the perfect way to sweat, connect, and share a great workout with someone you love.
