MVMT Pilates & Wellness Studio Class Schedule

Classes will start on June 23, 2025! 


All Classes are on the tower reformer.

If you are new to Pilates, please join a Foundations class and allow one of our amazing instructors teach you all about our equipment

Our Classes

Pilates Reformer Classes

Featuring 6  Pilates Tower Reformers in the studio, we offer a wide variety of different style classes from our amazing instructors. 


Pilates Foundation:

 The Foundations class focuses on creating a solid foundation for your practice. Our expert instructors are committed to helping you understand the essence of Pilates, emphasizing equipment familiarity, proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques.


Pilates Equipment:

This all-level Pilates Equipment class offers a full-body workout using a variety of Pilates equipment, including the reformer, tower, chair, jump board, and other small equipment like Pilates ring, resistance bands, small weights, Pilates ball, and the mat. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, providing modifications and progressions to meet your individual needs. 


Pilates Equipment classes will focus on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing control through strength-based movements and promoting better posture and alignment. 

 

With hands-on guidance, you'll learn how to MOVE with control, improve your form, and gain confidence with the equipment.  At MVMT Pilates, we're here to help you move, strengthen, and restore.


*If you are pregnant, please inform your instructor.  We do not recommend participating in a jump board class if you are pregnant, but we can give you modifications.

**If you have an injury or are recovering from an injury, please inform your instructor. This is very important, as we do not want to make things worse or reinjure you.

Private sessions

Private Reformer Classes: These will be focused on you and your needs.  These sessions can be done one-on-one, or no more than 4 in your group.


Private Beach MAT Pilates and YOGA Classes: Bachelorette Parties, Vacation one-on-one, and other private classes available for your vacation needs. This will be with one of our amazing instructors of your choice and in your space.

Limited Classes

 Paddle Board Pilates 

(Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga/Pilates)

Small group classes. Minimum of 2 guests.

ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Join us on the water for an unforgettable experience learning to do yoga on a stand up paddle board! Enjoy this outdoor workout while floating on the calm waters of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Little Lagoon area in Gulf Shores Alabama!

Our floating yoga studio will offer you the peace and serenity of being in nature while giving you just the right amount of exercise so you can enjoy indulging in the rest of your vacation!Whether you’re new to yoga, stand up paddle boarding, or both, you will love trying this new activity that is becoming more mainstream everyday!

Our small class size ensures that you will get the most from this experience and our certified instructors will be there to guide you though a blissful practice followed by the sweetest savasana you’ve ever experienced!

**These classes are only available from March - October.

Group Classes

We will offer a variety of movement group classes as we expand as a studio


Fusion Classes: 

This class combines Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Barre.  This cardio style class will give the same great workout as  Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, but with an added cardio element, with the addition of props, hand-weights, resistance bands, and more. 


Mat Pilates:  

Focusing on core strengthening, breathing, shoulder stabilization, and alignment. The structure of the class includes floor exercises that promote stretching and strengthening. Small props may be used in this class.


Yoga: 

 Vinyasa style yoga that is centered around the Barkan Method, just not in a heated room. We will get your body heat activated through movement and flow.  Prepare yourself for a workout like no other.
