Equipment Classes
All Equipment classes are with the Pilates reformer, tower, chair, and/or barrel. Space is limited. All classes will be 50 minutes. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Credited classes are available if you cancel within 4 hours of your pre-booked class.

Intro to Private Pilates Equipment class
New client special - Introduction to Pilates (2 private sessions)
Private Equipment Class - Individuals and Group
These sessions are one-on-one, on the equipment, and will be geared directly to your needs. Private classes are individual centered and are very "hands on". Semi-private (group) classes are also available. Prices reflects starting points. Class Packs will also be available.
$75 Private (one-on-one)
$50 Semi-private (no more than 4 in the group)
Late cancel fee
You have up to 4 hours to cancel your class before the class starts. If you do not cancel within the window, you will be charged the $20 fee.
no show fee
If you do not show up for your pre-booked class, you will be charged the $30 no show fee. If you have a package or a single class, you forfeit the class and will be charged the fee.
Group MAT Classes
Group class rate for Pilates Mat classes and Yoga Fusion Classes. Yoga Fusion is a mix of Pilates, yoga, and barre set to music. Space is very limited. All classes will be 1 hour. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Credited classes are available if you cancel within 4 hours of your pre-booked class.
Group Mat Class - Drop In Rate
Class packs will be available (can only be used in MAT classes):
5 Pack = $100 ($20 per class)
10 Pack = $180 ($18 per class)

Private Group Class - Individuals and Group

Other Services Available
Other services that will be available at the studio in a Private Setting. Must sign up with an instructor. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Credited classes are available if you cancel within 4 hours of your pre-booked class.
PADDLE BOARD PILATES - Drop In
This is held with Pure Aloha Adventures at the Jeff Friend Trail
Must sign up in advance. Only available March - October
Stretching Session - Drop In
This is a one-on-one assisted stretching session to help maximize your muscles and create space.
Equipment assisted stretching = $45
Prenatal Pilates / Yoga Session
Private prenatal yoga session in the comfort of your home. I will provide all the necessary equipment for your needs. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Meditation Session
Up to 30 minutes of a guided private meditation session to clear the mind and reset.
Kids Yoga Session (up to 4 kids)
Up to 4 children for a private kids yoga session (30 min). $25 per student
Health Coach
Have you wanted to get healthy, but just don't know where to start. Get help with nutrition, physical activity, quit smoking, diabetes, mental needs, emotional needs, etc.
Initial Visit = $100 (up to 1 hour)
Per coaching session = $90 (up to 45 min)
Meal Plans = $25 per plan

Class List
All Pilates Equipment classes are 50 minutes
All Group MAT / Yoga Fusion classes are 60 minutes
Class maximum capacity is:
- Pilates equipment / reformer: 6
- Pilates mat/yoga fusion: 8-10
We are keeping the smaller classes for a more traditional type of Pilates studio. The smaller the classes, the more one-on-one experience you will receive.
